School Supplies Initiative campaign.

Empower Guinean Students with Essential School Supplies.

The Challenge

In Guinea, many students face the harsh reality of starting the school year without the basic supplies essential for learning, due to financial constraints faced by their families. This financial strain places an insurmountable burden on families, resulting in students navigating their educational journey ill-equipped and disadvantaged.

Deprived of essential resources like notebooks, pencils, and backpacks, students are unable to fully participate in their education, which impedes their ability to flourish and achieve their aspirations. This lack of access not only affects academic performance but erodes students’ confidence and stifles their potential for success.

What We're Doing

At GAED, we believe that lack of access to basic educational materials should not be a barrier to learning, and we are committed to addressing this critical need.

Through our School Supplies Initiative, we provide free school supplies to students lacking financial resources to ensure that they have the tools to learn and succeed in the classroom.

By equipping students with the tools they need, we empower them to pursue their educational journey with confidence and determination.

The Impact

Your gift has the power to change lives. With your support, we can:

1. Equip: Supply essential academic tools that enable students to excel in their academic pursuits.

2. Empower: Foster a generation of educated, skilled, and confident young professionals ready to contribute to their communities and the world.

Why It Matters

The need is urgent. Without these essential tools, deprived of resources like notebooks, pencils, and backpacks, students are unable to fully participate in their education, which impedes their ability to flourish and achieve their aspirations. This lack of access not only affects academic performance but erodes students’ confidence and stifles their potential for success.

Our goal is to raise $5,000 by August 30, 2024. Achieving this target will allow us to provide essential supplies to numerous deserving students.
